Are accessing our Services on behalf of a business or organization with the authority to bind that entity.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 5.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

One-time setup fees are non-refundable.

Monthly or ongoing service subscriptions may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused services.

Review and approve content when requested within reasonable timelines.

7. Compliance & Disclaimers

HealthRank AI provides AI-assisted content and SEO automation. While workflows are designed for compliance, final responsibility for legal, medical, and regulatory approval rests with you, the client.

We do not provide medical advice. All published content should be reviewed by your compliance/legal/medical teams before use.

Results may vary. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of proprietary software, AI workflows, and methodologies.

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables created under your service agreement.

You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute our systems without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

HealthRank AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HealthRank AI harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to compliance violations, misrepresentation of medical information, or misuse of content.
